Describe yourself
I am a 22 year old Christian woman. I have been a Christian for 11 years. I love the saying, Yesterday's History, Tomorrow's a Mystery and Today's a Gift." I think it describes life perfectly and reminds me that everyday is a gift from God. I graduated this past May from nursing school. I work at a Children's Hospital in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU for short). It's hard but very rewarding! I love my family and like to hang out with them and my cousins (I have 15 first cousins!). I am active just not as much as I would like to be because of school. When I do have time I like to run or walk, and play volleyball. I'm up for any sport, not saying I'm good at them just that I'm willing to try it. I'm a little shy at first but overall I like to think of myself as outgoing. I like to travel and I enjoy talking and meeting new people.
Describe who you're looking for
Right now I'm just looking for friends and pen pals then who knows whatever God has in store for me will happen. My ideal guy would be a good Christian man who loves God more than anything. He knows how to treat and respect a lady. He is an optimist and also a realist. He likes not only spending time with me but my family and cousins too. He knows how to carry on a conversation, can be shy but not backwards. He likes to try new things and likes to be active-running, walking, volleyball. He doesn't always have to take me to big places; I enjoy going for a walk or going to a movie and just hanging out.
Do you have any pet peeves?
Smoking, drinking, and people who are pessimistic. Another is when people say they are going to do something and they don't. I don't mind if we aren't going to do something just don't say the opposite.
Favorite Bible verse(s) and/or hymn(s) and why
I have always been fascinated with Revelations. Thinking about being with Jesus in beautiful Heaven always puts a smile on my face. : )
